A Building Regulations 'Full Plans Application' process requires the production of fully detailed plans providing details of the construction materials (including dimensions and strengths), detailed specifications and structural calculations.

 

We offer technical design solutions for house renovations, property conversions, building extensions & new build developments to home owners and property developers.

 

We dont have to have completed the drawings at planning stage to be appointed for the technical drawings - we assess every job prior to accepting it however are often happy to take on the detailed drawing package for a job that has already been designed by somebody else.
