Project overview:

This substantial detached home was built in the 1990’s and started life as a 6bedroomed family home. The property had since been extended but resulted in adisjointed, convoluted floor plan at ground floor. At first floor the sixbedrooms were cramped and centred around a large hallway.

Works involved re-imagining the original ground floor side extension, adding a singlestorey side extension, and extended at first floor down the depth of the houseto form an impressive master suite. Other layout changes were implemented toimprove flow and balance within the house.

The project was completed in 2024.
