This has just recently secured planning approval and involved the sensitive refurbishment of one ‘wing’ of an original manor house.

Works include demolishing an existing front extension, relocated the front entrance door, restoring the brick work across the front elevation, wholly transforming the interior layout and finishes, converting the cellar into usable space and creating larger, more expansive openings within the rear elevation to maximise the homes connection to the beautiful garden and natural surroundings.

The project is due to start on site in 2025.
