Project overview:

Previously a large but tired detached home with interesting plans, split over four levels. Proposals included extending two storeys, full width across the rear of the house, extending to the front at first and drastically reorganising the internal layout to suit the client’s growing family.  

The old, dated brickwork was to be covered through a combination of contemporary render or black vertical strip cladding.

Accents of buff stock brick provide warmth and texture to the front and rear elevations. The same brick is repeated internally too.

The project is currently on site with completion due in 2025.
