Hello, thank you for taking the time to visit my website.
My name is Joe Williams and I founded JW Bespoke Architecture + Interior Design in 2015, initially on a part-time basis before making it full-time in 2018.
During this time I have been fortunate enough to work with some really great clients, and importantly, learn that each and every one brings a unique vision for what their dream home looks like. My approach is centred on listening, understanding, and collaborating with clients to build relationships; allowing me to fully support them through their journey.
I am devoted to creating simple, honest architecture that enhances the happiness and wellbeing of its occupants. I design with flair, but in a practical and conscious way, choosing to adopt tried, and tested, methods in bespoke ways. Space, natural light, material / texture and nature all play a fundamental role in my projects.
I hope this website provides you with some indication for the enthusiasm and passion that I share for architecture. All projects start with a call to discuss your brief, aspirations and to learn a little more about the project. Following this we typically arrange a consultation at the property itself, this allows me to review the house in person, evaluate the surrounding context but most importantly, to meet you and to hear more about your project.
I choose to accept just 8-10 project commissions per year and whilst sadly this means I am not able to accommodate all projects, it provides me with the ability to fully support the clients I am working with, enabling me to spend the time it takes with them to make a project truly successful.
I work from the wonderful Soper’s House in Cuffley and primarily serve Hertfordshire, North London and the surrounding counties.
I have and will continue to accept commissions for projects further a field but these will be considered on a project by project basis.
